Interesting Continues

Some would say it’s taken far too long. The former Director of the FBI, James Comey, has been formally indicted in the Eastern District of Virginia for making false statements to Congress when he denied leaking to the media, and for alleged obstruction of justice. President Donald Trump has argued that Comey broke the law by sharing memos with classified information with the New York Times.

An opinion article by Hannah Heed in Epoch Times recently reported that a 19-year-old college student, Aleysha Ortiz, a recent honors graduate of the Hartford, Connecticut, public school system, has sued that organization for negligence because she’s unable to read or write. A picture at the beginning of that article underlines the fact that many recent graduates cannot even read their diplomas. The same article points out that 54% of U.S. adults read at or below a sixth-grade level, noting that this literacy issue has persisted since the 1950s. And that in 24 Illinois public schools, not a single student can read at grade level. Hannah Heed’s opinion pointed out that the Reagan administration published “Nation at Risk,” warning about failing academic test scores. Closing schools for the phony plandemic only made K-12 educational matters worse.
