Applying the Nuremberg punishments is underway even if many choose to believe the treaty that created those punishments was so long ago that it no longer applies. The reality: Irmgard Furchner, 97, a former secretary for the SS commander of the Nazi concentration camp in Stutthof was recently convicted of complicity in the murders of more than 10,500 people in that camp.

Even in today’s blather of “everyone must be held accountable,” little normal legal punishment has actually been applied to evil doers. There have been many hearings and tons of sharply worded letters but no convictions leading to notable imprisonment except for NJ Senator Menendez.

What about regular crimes such as bribing public officials, that lead to events which make the perpetrators eligible for punishments under the Nuremberg rules? For example, bribing local officials to be allowed to give attendees at a county fair the latest “vaccine,” which may or may not be be really needed. And has the risk of that vaccine been clearly explained and permission to give it provided without coercion?
