The U.S. Supreme Court on Nov. 6 allowed the Trump administration to enforce its policy requiring that sex designation on a U.S. passport to be consistent with the passport holder’s sex at birth. Three justices, K. B. Jackson, Elena Kagan, and Sonia Sotomayor, dissented.
The Trump-led DOJ announced Monday its review of the heavy-handed prosecution of Tina Peters, a Gold Star mother and former Colorado clerk (currently ill) sentenced to nearly a decade in Colorado prison after sounding the alarm in 2021 about alleged flaws in Dominion Voting Systems machines during the 2020 election—the President’s view: transfer Tina Peters to Federal prison, where a pardon might be easier.
Having in mind the current New York City events, some may remember when Rudy Giuliani was the Mayor during the 9/11 events, and wonder about many unanswered questions, including: (a) why did Building 7 collapse even though it wasn’t hit by a plane or debris from other the towers, (b) who actually financed and managed the 9/11 attacks, (c) why is there no visible evidence of the plane that supposedly flew into the Pentagon that day and (d) was the work of the 9/11 Commission trustworthy?
