Rep. Paul Gosar (AZ-9) has introduced H.R. 4668, the End the Vaccine Carve-out Act, a bill that would strip vaccine manufacturers of their unjust liability shields, which presently exist. At the moment, drug manufacturers have protection for their covid crimes and others.
In 1986, Congress passed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA), which shields vaccine manufacturers from liability for harm caused by their products, making it almost impossible for a person injured by a vaccine to win a court case. The American people are weary of the lack of accountability. Over the past few years, we have witnessed the unlawful coercion of an entire population into taking pharmaceutical products under threat of unemployment, censorship, discharge from the military, and ridicule. It is long past time that Congress reexamines and ultimately ends the liability shield that has long protected large pharmaceutical corporations from being held accountable when their products cause death or harm.
Many people were exempt from the “mandatory” covid injections, in some cases designed to give people debilitating diseases. Consider the CDC’s own numbers: in 2018 and 2019, there were typical seasonal flu cases, but in 2020, 2021, and onward, according to the CDC, no seasonal flu, just “covid” “covid.” Unquestionably, you don’t believe regular flu magically disappeared on New Year’s Eve, 2019.
A long list of people were given exemptions to the “mandatory” covid injections, including politicians, judges, and pharmaceutical employees. For example, Albert Bourla, President of Pfizer, was denied entry to Israel because he couldn’t prove he’d had the “covid” shots. But many were discharged from our military for refusing to take the “covid” shots, in many cases due to religious concerns. Have you noticed any judge or politician, who was out of action for having “covid”?
